Good morning! 

I need some advice. I recently got my dependant visa, now I would like to apply for my work permit, is it possibly to keep my dependant visa and apply for the work permit without changing to a Non B?

then on your Non-O visa and/or your yearly extension you can legally hold a work permit without the need to change your visa to a Non-B. You're fine as you are

.. What is the reason you have a 'dependant visa'? Is it because you're raising a half thai child or is it because you're married to a foreigner who legally works here?
