What documents do I need to attach with TM28 & TM30 when changing my address in Thailand on a non-OA visa?

TIA friends.

I am on nonOA visa entered here on 19july and staying in hostel at BKK.

Now I thinking to go Amnat and will stay at thai friend's house.. I will file TM 28 and 30 there.

What documents I need to attach with tm28 & 30. Any other formalities?

Am I need to inform BKK consulate to inform before departure.

Awaiting valuable suggestions.

I don't know the rules of your Consulate in Bangkok. But you do not have to inform Immigration in Bangkok. You take the form mentioned with copy ID card house owner and copy blue housebook to the Immigration Office in your new area. You can download from here:
