TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification regarding the application process for a Non-OA visa while in India, specifically about the submission of documents and whether original or photocopied documents are required. Various comments suggest reliance on official checklists, the use of agents for the application process, and mention of different Thai consulates, indicating that experiences can vary based on location.

Krishn Menaria I would suggest you using an agent in New Delhi. Google about good / reliable agents with office address and website and apply through them. Thai consulate in New Delhi is quite strict , however , the agents know how to get things done. Honestly I have never seen an Indian retiring in TH. Another option , try Kolkata , the consulate over there is infamous for issuing visa with paybacks. That is one place which I have seen issuing even NON B by back door , let alone NON OA. But , be careful with agents and do full research via face to face sessions with them. Good luck.

Thanks David K CH. You are right. I too listen same. Kolkata jest started to issue all type visas.

Kolkata just middle of my station n Bangkok approximately 2000+ km. I try in Delhi. Many Indian people on non OA visa in Bangkok but I unable to contact them.

I have complete formality as per Thai embassy Only confused about enclosure copies because we get only one copy from doctor or police n banks.

Thanks again friend. I update later whatever progress.
