TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting date for you will be 17 October 2018, which is 90 days from your entry into Thailand on 19 July 2018. Although it is suggested you can report 15 days early and up to 7 days late, it is best to focus on the 90 days from your entrance date.

If you're in Bangkok you don't need to worry about ever filing a TM.30 form because bangkok immigration's doesn't care about it

, in bangkok you can file a TM.28 change of address when you go file your next 90 day report. They are not hard core about filing that form at all.

You entered 19 Jul 2018, that is day number one, than count 89 forward and that is day nr 90. You can report 15 days early till 7 days after, so if you make a small counting error it is not going to hurt you.
