So my Non Immigrant O-A expires on the 24th October 2024 so if i enter Thailand before that I will get stamped in to the 30th June 2025 which iswhen my Health insurance expires??And when do i need to apply for my visa renewal?

Hi all, how do I renew my still current Non Immigrant O-A visa?

Or do I just apply for a new one?

Non Immigrant O-A Visa, arrived 7/19/22 from home country USA. Medical exam, medical certificate, FBI check, the whole gamut.

Ive heard that just prior to my expiration (7/18/23) I can leave the country for at least 48 hours, and return 2-3 days prior to my expiration, and get newly stamped for full year again.

Would like some clarification on this please. Thanks in advance.

My initial Non Immigrant O-A visa issued in Australia is valid until 3 Aug 2022 and the entry stamp from immigration says until 26 Aug 2022.

I'm married to a Thai so I know that a marriage visa is an option. However, the immigration official in Phetchabun told me the monthly income of 65000 baht isn't available right now so I would need 400000 baht in a Thai bank. I don't have 4000000 baht right now.

I know a retirement visa is an option; but if I don't have 400000 baht; I don't have 800000 baht.

Can I just extend the current visa?

(hopefully correctly 🤞)I will be sending my passport and the bar coded information the Thailand Embassy require by Special Delivery post tomorrow (Tuesday) as I couldn’t get to the Post Office today.

Can someone from the UK please guide me on the following what the process is 🙏

Do I need to sign it?

The other area for a signature, do I need someone else to sign or leave blank?

What else do I need to place in the envelope?

I arrived Thailand 5 Nov with Non Immigrant O-A visa for the first time ( TR always before)and because I didn't know/realize that I should have had insurance for the whole year I now have Visa until 15 June 2021. Any advice on this, would buying more months help to get the whole year?

As I do not have a permanent residence here(stay in hotels and travelling in many provinces) I now need info when and where I should do my 90 day reporting.

I asked one agent here in Phuket and they told me mid January and then register my current hotel. Should I then later always report this immigration office ( Patong) or can I do it any other province?

Would it be wise to ask the legal advice or any help here?

The requirement to get the signatures of two directors from the insurance company make the completion of that form much more difficult, if not impossible.
