Short question: moved from prathunam to silom area. Hostel filed TM30.

Do I need to file TM28 ?

Ask the proof that the hostel did it, if they made the report the report is made. And you do not have to show that you can make a report by yourself, One report that you arrived at an address is more than enough.

I will keep copy of TM30 report signed by IO.

They fill physical everyday and submit list of all guests.

It will be my new address for 90 days report too due in November now.

No, you do not need to file a TM28 if you are staying the night at a Hostel.
