It depends on your Home Immigration Office - e g Chonburi don't require that - but other Offices yes - Check with your Immigration Office Not with FB (you See a Lot of comments "the Hotel do" what Has nothing to do with your Question...)

I have 3 Accounts and never needed a residence certificate - krungsi wanted Rental contract and Kasikorn Thai driving licence as proove - so every Bank and branch is different Just Check with you bank

I Always do the TM 30 myself (Copy of Landlord Passport and Rental contract) - so im sure i have it .

yes in Pattaya they did IT too Last Time but they don t do all the time - so Always good to Check all stamps immediately to be safe

They dont Transfer any Visa (you keep both Passport) - If you on extention stamp that should be Transferered but If you have to get new stamp soon just wait
