TLDR : Answer Summary
1. Yes, you can purchase multiple single re-entry permits during your stay. 2. You can do the 90-day report for your son as long as he is registered at the same address where he got his extension.

you can do the 90 day report for him as long as he got his extension IN bangkok and is using the same address as he did when he got his extension.

Point 1. Yes, you can buy as many single entry re-entry permits as you want.

Point 2. No, to my knowledge, he must go with you. What visa is your son on anyway; if he's 15, he can't come to Thailand by himself, I don't think.

90 days report can be done by you without our son being with you.
