questions :

during my current stay permit (1 year non o extension) I only plan to go out once so I will buy single re-entry - just in case travel out again - I could buy another single re-entry permit ?

my son (15) need to do his first 90 days report - (Bangkok) - can I do it for him or has he to go himself ?

Point 1. Yes, you can buy as many single entry re-entry permits as you want.

Point 2. No, to my knowledge, he must go with you. What visa is your son on anyway; if he's 15, he can't come to Thailand by himself, I don't think.
