You pay once on day 1. Then 15 days under consideration. No additional pay. Then the extra 45 day stamp.

The rules say that a bank letter is valid for 7 days. But we went to CM on the 7th day and were refused. They said that the letter expires ON the 7th day. ... so only valid for 6 days.

What happens if I come late on the 5 May? Do I get an overstay stamp? Or just pay a fine? Or other?

it is an exemption so go with your previous visa stamp - for example I was on a toursit visa and the the covid exemtion so I say I am on a tourist visa (most recent visa stamp)
