Bangkok bank on soi bukhao in Pattaya. Sit with the young guy. He will do it for a small "insurance" of 3000 baht.

Bangkok bank the branch on soi bukhao does it without many questions. However you will need an "insurance" of several thousand baht

The conditions are the same as everyone else. We are only lucky for the 100 people per country quota thing because there's almost no Bulgarians here living long term. It's been me and 1 more retired guy that i know of for the last 3 years.

I reckon a way around it is if your mother owns property in Thailand she can somehow put your name on the house and then issue a copy of the tabian baan with your name on it.
