She asked friends in Thailand to help her complete what she needs but Thailand Embassy in Bangkok said only the owner of where she's working should do the process .What can she do about this expired single entry ka?Sorry I don't really understand about it.Thank you kha ๐Ÿ‘

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about their friend's situation regarding an expired single-entry visa. The comments indicate that the friend's permission to stay in Thailand has expired, requiring her to restart the visa application process. It is suggested that her employer must handle the necessary documentation to obtain a new visa, likely a tourist visa, considering she left the country without cancelling her previous visa.

It means that her employer needs to do everything all over again and she needs to get a new visa.

I'm guessing she left the country on an extension of stay to a non-b type visa without first cancelling it and now is trying to apply for another non-b or similar? Probably not going to happen although she might be able to apply for a tourist visa

thank you I will tell her ๐Ÿ‘ I think she has work visa but had to go home and back in December but her country didn't give her the clearance as an oversea working and want dome documents from her work. She sent some people to do it in Bangkok but they told only the owner of hotel where she working can do that..I think they didn't do in time so now passed her single entry already ka.

it looks like her extension of stay expired on 14 March so she won't have anything now and won't be able to get another one as she didn't cancel the last one. If she can get a tourist visa she should be able to come and cancel the previous one and then she would be able to apply for a new work visa

in the picture there is only the reentry permit, no problem to come back. Only 1 page and 1900 baht lost for not using it but nothing bad for start other visa

The re-entry permit didn't expire, their permission to stay in Thailand expired. They no longer have any visa or extension and have to start over from the beginning.
