Currently I have Non-B Visa and Work permit is still processing . suppose if I change employer my Non-B visa is still valid ? Or I need to apply Non-B visa for new job or in current Non-B visa I can apply work permit with new employer company . Kindly please advise.
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you change employers while on a Non-B visa, the current Non-B visa is tied to the original employer and cannot be extended with a new employer. To work with a new company, you must leave Thailand and apply for a new Non-B visa at a Thai embassy outside the country. Alternatively, your new employer may assist you in applying to convert your visa, but many companies are reluctant to do so due to the extensive paperwork involved.
