Currently I have Non-B Visa and Work permit is still processing . suppose if I change employer my Non-B visa is still valid ? Or I need to apply Non-B visa for new job or in current Non-B visa I can apply work permit with new employer company . Kindly please advise.

A non-B visa is issued based on paperwork from a specific company. You cannot get an extension of a non-B based on a different company than the one you used to get the visa. You would need to leave Thailand and either apply for a new non-B at a Thai embassy outside the country or re-enter Thailand using a different method and apply to convert to non-B at immigration if your new company is able to support such an application (many cannot or will not support conversion to non-B inside Thailand because of the large amount of paperwork required)

thank you for your answer sir . Can I stay in Thailand until my Non-B visa valid date after resigned from current company? Or Immediate need to leave from Thailand .

if you leave the company you will have 7 days to leave Thailand as your non b visa will be canceled.

Everything you said is not true.

If you are on a 90 day non-B VISA, that you purchased from a Thai embassy or converted inside the country at immigration, a visa cannot be cancelled. Regardless of what happens with your job, you can stay until the end of your entry stamp.

If you are on an extension of stay that you applied for at the immigration office and the stamp in your passport says "extension of stay" then your extension ends the same time your job ends. There is no 7 days to leave.

as long as you're on the initial non-B visa and not on an extension, you can stay until it ends.
