if using an agent this year, does that tie the person to using the agent every year? They say they use their sponsorship funds, but if he has the money already they wouldn't need to do this. It's help with the actual process he needs most of all. I'll talk to the agents recommended here. Thanks for your help.

does it need to come in lump sum with evidence from abroad? Family will try and raise it. He's got half already ( 400,000) for his annual extension.

so maybe if she agrees to the extension based on marriage, and him then changing to retirement extension once money is seasoned and a divorce after that, would it be feasible? The renewal is due sept and he's 50 in September. What a mess. 🤦

yes. That's a point. He needs time for family to raise the extra money to put in account. So it's seasoned. But don't think anyone's got the extra cash spare.
