ORIGINAL POSTERAnyone else having issues with Wise ( transferwise)? I always use them with no issue. Tried 4 times to transfer money yesterday and it just fails. Phoned my bank, they said try again, but still fails.

I sent from my bank in the states over this weekend, bank to bank and it arrived in about 24hrs. I’ve never had an issue with transfer wise/wise

welcome to my world. they can never give a straight answer on why transactions dont go thru. Blame it on my bank. my bank says nope, no problem here. One thing i did work out tho, is certain countries they flag and if account is newly opened.

I've used them for several years. Did a transfer on 14th June too. Same bank too. Yesterday and today the bank blocked the transactions and now after 2 days of calls and attempts, I'm back to square one. Mick ********

i gave up. last attempt to set up a multi currency wallet, they wanted it wired, $20 from my bank plus their $5 fee. to transfer $20. wtf.Lynnette *******

ORIGINAL POSTERI've tried a small amount but from building society bank, that was ok. But after several phone calls, over 2 days, to lloyds amounting to over 4 hours on phone, I've hit a brick wall.

I did successfully last Wednesday from the US to Thailand and received Friday. I had planned on using it again today on Sunday. Perhaps I’ll wait a day or two?

bht,uk/Th and did all the usual stuff, checked email confirmation came up and then disappears ! No signs of transfer on wise either, didn’t have option to cancel transfer either, so did it again 2nd time and goes through no probs,. Checks email again and confirms 2 nd transfer, checks wise transfers sent and it now shows 2 transfers for *****
bht at slightly different exchange rates,. and still no email confirmation of the 1st supposed transfer,. Never had an issue before, and it isn’t a major issue but could have been if I was sending to a new recipient,.Dieter *******

I use Wise regularly perhaps twice a month….I have not had a problem ….however I found that their website for transfers is not very user friendly and clear enough, and it is quite easy to double up on a transfer accidentally’cause it doesn’t make it clear enough that your first transfer was successful…I’ve also transferred twice …..I’ve pointed this out to them …but they’re not listeningReply to

Sometimes your bank or Thai bank do not accept wise.Look if "freeze" is activated.If so,unfreeze and try again
