 do what you do then. I'm just saying what the legal requirements are. The individuals 800k baht transferred from overseas into a Thai Bank Account and seasoned for two months in order to get the retirement extension.

 circumventing the financial requirements by having an agent bribe an Immigration Officer is hardly legal. Unless you put you own money in a bank account. If you use the Agents money it is fraud.
