Road trip to savannakhet laos and get the 3 month Non-O and don’t need to show income to get it. You need to be quick when they open slots for online appointment. Pretty easy process still once you have an appointment. Come back to Thailand and open a bank account.

In Thailand they talk a lot but takes long time for change. Last year they were talking about banning cannibis again and hippies freaked for months saying it will happen.

So chill if it does happen in months you can just apply for the 60 day tourist visa on their website. Easy

The free and quickest way is to hitch hike. A Thai will tell you to hop in back of his pickup truck unless you look like a ghost. Nobody wants to pick up a ghost.

why hurry? If they go back to 30 day visa exempt It’s simple to just apply for the 60 day tourist visa online before you arrive and takes about a week to get. So still get 90 days.

with visa exempt if it does change back to 30 days yes you can get an additional 30 days at any immigration office all over Thailand. You can apply for a 60 day tourist visa in London and also get a 30 day extension at any immigration office in Thailand.
