 thing is evisa expires on the 31st but return to Thailand supposed to be 26th, so we had to buy flight for the 31..but what if it's not issued till then..?

Dtv and ED visa are two different visas I think..and for all we know you can change to ED without leaving but not DTV ...

Hurray! Hubby got his dtv just now after 5 full days into the processing..now it's my turn..hope we make it before the evisa ends..fingers crossed!

 yes..we were asked at the check in counter going to Vietnam about return ticket and evisa ..and also for the dtv application there is a question about date of return or something..for now we entered our original return date to Bkk despite having bought secondary flight Incase we don't catch the 26th

We are in HCMC right now..5 days already into waiting for hubby's dtv. Our return flight to Bkk is on the 26th which we doubt enough to wait for my dependent dtv visa. So we decided to buy another return ticket instead to be sure and forego the ones we bought for the 26th return..
