ORIGINAL POSTERJust at Phuket airport flying out to HCM and got questioned a bit, apparently (Phuket) immigration could have processed the DTV if already in Thailand on a valid ED visa? Explained to her we need to be out the country etc etc, she went off to double check but insisted they can/could have processed.
Given she spoke fluent English, seems unlikely to have been a miscommunication/misunderstanding. Anyone heard of this before?
