but it arrived days after I reentered Thailand. Was given only 60 day visa exempt..

I was in Vietnam and applied from there..I guess youissed the thread..I am full aware of the process..due to expiring visa in Vietnam I had to come.to.thailand..so now that it arrived I just need to fly out and reenter to activate it..sorry if I confused you..

I'm not kidding..he was so far the most cordial io I have ever met..as of this writing I just got the emailed dtv visa..yahoo!

we did the same thing for years but we tend to stay here maxing up our visas and extending. But with dtv now it's not possible that's why we need to get the dtv..do the same thing and you are set for 5 years.
