Verifying a document here invariably involves the MFA and the consulate of the relevant country and it's just a nightmare and a minefield
by the time you deal with the MFA and then the consulate, the verification etc and the fact that you probably have to go to the MFA personally a few times, because they have their own way, it's going to be ludicrously expensive depending on where you live
