, sure...... Personally I decided to fly to Europe rather than dealing with all these layers of officialdom here, because it was almost cheaper. Thailand hasn't signed the agreement of The Hague, so there are no Apostille stamps possible here. Verifying a document here invariably involves the MFA and the consulate of the relevant country and it's just a nightmare and a minefield

by the time you deal with the MFA and then the consulate, the verification etc and the fact that you probably have to go to the MFA personally a few times, because they have their own way, it's going to be ludicrously expensive depending on where you live
