one thing I am sure is that the office in Scarborough..I used to run a nanny agency in Ontario and when it's time for my caregivers to apply for their pr status police clearance and fingerprints from the Philippines are required. That's where I take them for these.procedures and even their medical checks for immigration purposes .
yes you are right..and I am not even sure if all countries follow this..or perhaps it is already accepted,,I travelled to a good number of asian countries in the past and outbound flight has always been a requirement, so in this modern time perhaps the rules have changed..funny though Bec Filipinos flying out of the country as tourist to another country is being asked to show return ticket before departure from manila
if you get questioned at the arrival about your outbound can you tell them wait if I need one I will book it now..? If you are lucky then perhaps they will not ask you to show outbound..as in Thailand every officer has different opinion so you can keep your fingers crossed that you don't need the outbound ticket..
so if you are travelling around Asia that means you should have all your itineraries and flights booked, meaning an outbound flight from Manila to other countries?
if you worried about Thailand asking you for an outbound ticket why is the Philippines different when you not either a Filipino or married to one? Every tourist in any country at some point needs to prove that they have the intention to leave after the tv expires ..being a former Filipino myself has an outbound ticket whenever I visit, why would you be exempted from the rule?
your problem maybe in the Philippines..all inbound tourist must have an outbound flight booked in advance..thaikand may not give you the problem with outbound ..I'm not sure Bec we never had the problem maybe bec we have an address from our landlord to show where to stay..
