We got ours without an agent..just get all your docs required in order..

Kuala Lumpur but needs online appt..also there is no docs list online to help you prepare ..we got surprised when we went to our appt day to apply for 2 months visa and found out that there are forms to fill up and a list of docs

They won't give you the form at the embassy , only the photo studio when you take the passport photo has them ..but how are you going to get the required docs when your appt is on that day and you only have a few days to stay? So we scrapped the idea left the embassy and just came back on a 30 day exempt and went to the immig to get the 30days and later run to Laos border for another 30 days.no head ache no requirement

one thing I am sure is that the office in Scarborough..I used to run a nanny agency in Ontario and when it's time for my caregivers to apply for their pr status police clearance and fingerprints from the Philippines are required. That's where I take them for these.procedures and even their medical checks for immigration purposes .

I'm filipino Canadian so I am pretty ok wherever I go ..but it's good to know restrictions and rules of other countries as far as visa..

yes you are right..and I am not even sure if all countries follow this..or perhaps it is already accepted,,I travelled to a good number of asian countries in the past and outbound flight has always been a requirement, so in this modern time perhaps the rules have changed..funny though Bec Filipinos flying out of the country as tourist to another country is being asked to show return ticket before departure from manila
