certain embassies take one month statement like London and Phnom Penh as two examples. So you could transfer to your personal account short term to show the necessary funds

why would immigration need your tax details. It's a different government agency. And again "apparently" they are not keen on these is another assumption of yours.

it's not in denial, it's the reality of being here for a long time and knowing how ill equipped they are to actually follow this through.

We all just have to wait and see what actually happens. History has proven not a lot actually happens.

They should have all your details on their system. People have been arriving without printout

Yes essentially. Some have printed it out others have shown on the phone. The IO has the information on their screen anyway. Just check before you go you have the 180 day stamp
