Hey guys, got approved for the DTV yesterday. The QR code is a little blurry on the printout due to low ink. Can you just show them at immigration on your phone?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the use of a Digital Tourist Visa (DTV) QR code at immigration in Thailand. Users share their experiences regarding whether a physical printout is necessary, noting that while the immigration authorities typically have access to necessary information in their system, many travelers have successfully used their phones to show the QR code. However, some indicate that the printed document is still looked at or required.

well I read my email, it didn’t say it anywhere in it, and guess what, it was fine on my phone. Not sure why I need to waste my time carrying a piece of a4 paper around when it’s all digitised

I showed my phone but they didn’t scan the QR. They’ll have the info, use your phone PDF to remind them.

They should have all your details on their system. People have been arriving without printout
