Hi Tod... it’s just a regular ED visa subject to 90day extensions issued from my language school. I appreciate your help as you recently advised me on transitioning from an ED to retirement visa. I’m basically just concerned about the aspect of possession of an exit plane ticket if I come back into BKK on my ED visa. Or, on a non-O in transition to a retirement visa... in either scenario, hopefully, I’ll be in-country for a long time and not have an exit date or scheduling a departure ticket. Yet, without one, I don’t want a hassle coming in-country... does this make sense? Anyway, thanks for your time and attention. You really go out of your way to help. 👍🏼
I’m in BKK with ED visa and need to leave, then return with a non-O to convert to a retirement visa. So, I’m interested in this... but, if instead of this, I came back with a one year ED visa again, would I need an onward/exit ticket?
