What offices are these Tod ?.....there is a couple of threads going on Thaivisa with some guys giving advice that this situation is covered and stay away from IO ...which is fair enough by reading the amnesty....I am in same boat and planning to go to Jomtiem IO anyway.....althou next problem is they're setting up roadblocks all over pattaya 😑
