Living in Thailand on married visa, have just done latest 90 day report online so next one due in September...... Leaving Thailand next week for 2 weeks. When I come back do I need to go to immigration with the wife (house owner) and do TM30 "notification of address" or can continue with 90 day report due in September.... TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you leave Thailand, the countdown for your next 90-day report resets to 89 days after your re-entry stamp. Additionally, it is generally required to file a TM30 notification upon returning, even if you are returning to the same address. Your wife can file the TM30 notification on your behalf to avoid an additional fee.

Your wife can do that alone to avoid paying 1.600 the. You don't need to join

I don't know about Jomtien. Here in Chiang Mai it needs 10 minutes usually

When you leave the 90 day count down clock stops and your NEXT 90 day report will be due 89 days after you stamp back in to thailand, <- meaning the current receipt you have telling you when your 90 day report is due is no good ๐Ÿ˜‰ .

AND

Most immigration offices DO require you file a new TM30 when you come back from abroad, even if you're returning to your primary address.

So when you come back go file one <- Keep in mind filing a TM30 has nothing to do with your 90 day reporting, they are completely different things.
