I am on on a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai where I normally bounce out and back in every 90 days to get a new 90 day stamp.

My visa hasn't expired yet but my last 90 day stamp expires tomorrow April 12. Am I covered by the amnesty until April 30th or not? I'm just waiting until I can either do a bounce or go back home.

Regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user with a year-long multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai national is seeking clarification on whether they are covered by the amnesty until April 30th, given that their last 90-day stamp expires on April 12. Responses indicate that the user may not be covered and should consider applying for a 60-day extension or obtaining a letter from their consulate for a 30-day extension due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.

I obtained my visa outside of the country and my documents aren't here. Also my wife left the country 2 weeks ago and can't get back. So the 60 days is impossible to me. I have the letter from the embassy for 30 days and intended to go on Friday.. However because the government announced amnesty for all visas I didn't go.

If what they say about non immigrant-o not being covered is true then I'll go and talk with them on Monday. I just need to extend long enough to either do a border bounce or go back to Australia.

Go get your 60 day extension. I just did mine yesterday in Udon Thani. In and out within 10 minutes

Just curious you have a year long, multi-entry Non-O visa where you can bounce out and in an unlimited amount of times and your last entry was the middle of January, yet when this shit storm was starting it never occurred to you to bounce out and back and get a NEW 90 day stamp?

I had a ticket with Thai for the 29th April to go home but it was cancelled and I couldn't get another flight. By that time a border bounce was impossible.

It appears (from other posters experience) you are NOT covered and you either need to get a 60 day visit thai family extension OR get the letter from your consulate and get the unable to travel due to covid-19 extension for up to 30 days

What offices are these Tod ?.....there is a couple of threads going on Thaivisa with some guys giving advice that this situation is covered and stay away from IO ...which is fair enough by reading the amnesty....I am in same boat and planning to go to Jomtiem IO anyway.....althou next problem is they're setting up roadblocks all over pattaya ๐Ÿ˜‘
