TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a Non-O marriage extension in Jomtien starting from February 8, 2021, which is exactly 30 days before your current visa expires on March 8, 2021. The latest date to apply would typically be within a week before the expiration date, but it is advisable to verify with the immigration office for their specific requirements and guidelines regarding your situation.

Cheers guys... was thinking it was the month.... any idea the latest date to apply ?... week before ?

Jomtien is 30 days or less left on your current stamp SO that means if you have an extension expiring on Mar 8th you can apply any time AFTER Saturday Feb 6th (so Monday the 8th of February would be the soonest) :)

Hmm, I was told it was 45 but let's be safe and I'll change it to 30 days or less :) Thanx

Stop by your immigration office.

Ask for list of requirements for your extension.

Ask how early you can apply...and that you have surgery coming.

Hopefully they can assist you with a good date to apply...

Usual 30-45 days before expire date..

varies by Immigration office.
