For Bangkok office, you may have to file tm30 again if you have recently returned from aboard, and are subject to the new 90 day. But if you manage to check in 90 day online successfully, then you don't have to do anything yet.
Bangkok bank takes up to 4 working days to process the 12 month statement, It is issued at the main branch, and its carrier literally has to deliver it to the branch you visit. Other major banks issue it in 5 minutes.
You can split your statement in half, like requesting the first 6 months now, introduce your spouse or friend to the bank staff that he/ she will collect it for you and request the other 6 months that you ca get it right away when you return.
Make sure you show up at immigration along with your agent. (For your photo taken and stored in their database) If your agent send only your passport to other locations, you would have to stick with that location and their service forever. It's not a fake extension. You could leave and reenter anytime at the airports, borders ,but you can't renew it elsewhere later on.
you are probably right. But they did request the 90 day check in from us at CW in order to issue it for transportation office. Thanks for your comment tho.
