I,an American and my husband, a Myanmar, want to leave Bangkok around Jan 10 to move to Mexico. He presently has a LA visa. Is it correct to say that he has to have his agency/Boss cancel his Visa so he can get an Exit Stamp and 7 days grace to leave. Or can we just leave without canceling the visa. We have no intention on ever returning. Thanks

Hello all buddies,

Please suggest me one important thing.

I would like to move my visa stamp from my old passport to new one.

Can I go nearby Bangkok Office Employment (or) must have to go to ChangeWattana Immigration only?

Any suggestion would be helpful indeed.

PS: I am with LA visa (migrant worker)

Hello all!

I need some help how to start correctly,

This time gonna be a bit complicated, any suggestion would be helpful and i really appreciate for your time.

I am staying on my LA visa (labour visa and myanmar passport holder)

Feb-2024 will be expire for both visa and workpermit,

then, I will have another job which will sponsor me with a Non B visa.

My passport will also expire July-2024 too.

They mentioned me to get TR visa first, then they will proceed for Non B.

How should I approach correctly one by one, I am so confuse and don't know how to start.

Very thankful for your contribution with any suggestion.

Thank you in advance guys !

We are plantation owners (my wife anyway). Some of our Burmese labor’s 90 Day Report is the 9th of July, but we will be in Bangkok and not back until 12 July. Is the report window of 14 days before and 7 days after the same as other 90 days Reports.
