Do I need to show a narrative for a SWIFT transfer to Bangkok Bank if my accounts are in different names?

I'm ready to transfer 800,000 to my account with Bangkok Bank. I have to use Revolut and transfer using SWIFT international banking. Do I need to show a narrative linking the transactions?. My Thai account is in married name and Euro account is in birth name. Identy is not a problem as both names are in my passport. Is thete a way of adding a narrative to appear in both accounts?
