 it really depends on the airline. In 20 years coming to Thailand many times per year never been asked by Singapore Airlines or KLM.

 no but last time I entered I forgot to do it. So I did it when we taxied to the gate at Bangkok airport!

 also this post sounds not correct. Whenever I check into hotel I don’t use my passport so how does the hotel file a TM30?
