I do the income method for a marriage extension, but it is the same documentation.

A statement from a Thai bank back for one year showing a monthly deposit from a foreign source is required, along with proof of foreign income. I use an income letter printed from a US military website.

The other same bank stuff is required, updated bank book and letter.

Maybe demand a denial letter.

They don’t see you as a tourist.

A visa should not be needed for a bank account.

Some US banks refund ATM fees.

I agree that they are the extension as a negative.

As many will say, “You are a guest, follow the rules! If you don’t like it leave.”

Most all immigration actions in all countries are completely unnecessary.

They should keep a paper option available.

Ask immigration first. I use a letter from the foreign government source agency in English. I know every immigration is different.

Do you have proof of the source of income? They could mean that.
