no, that’s completely false. They use a completely different database and local embassies are not informed when someone enters Thailand. You are talking nonsense

UPDATE: reply from the hotel saying they never gave me the Indian sounding name on my initial phone call and I only called them once (untrue) Also that they advised me yesterday to contact the police (untrue, I suggested that)

They will only proceed with any investigation with “ appropriate documentation or any official notice from the judiciary”
