Please be careful when choosing a visa agent.

Heres a few things that can help:

1) Make sure they have a physical location

2) Check how long the agent has been around

3) Lookup their domain, and make sure it was not newly created

4) Ask a friend if they have heard of them

We sometimes assist with resolution of cases like this, so you can message our team to see of we can help with the situation :

If that's your only history of being in Thailand then there should be no trouble.

As mentioned just make sure to have the 20,000 thb or equivalent in cash.

If you have a longer history you can always consult with our team, or hire us for prescreening services.

The best option is to properly plan your trip, and visa.

Unfortunately many travelers do not, and end up in situations where they want to stay longer in Thailand than their original intended trip.

Many tourists come to us after overstaying, and additional extension options are still possible as long as the overstay is not too long.

However if you get a 7 day stamp with order to leave there are no options, and you must leave. If you overstay on top of that stamp it looks much worse than just overstaying on top of your original extension.

You could try a visa run (may not make sense).

If you're ok with an overstay, and do not plan on getting arrested then you may just pay the 500thb per day overstay fine on exit (just make sure to keep it under 90 days).

Other option is a 7 day extension which you can get but once you get that stamp you must leave. This stamp can sometimes be worse than an overstay depending on your situation. (you must leave after that stamp)

Finally you can just leave before you actually overstay (but we are sure you already considered this).

Yes our prices differ based on history.

We need to prescreen, and preapprove your arrival.

Our services are gaurenteed entry.

While you can attempt to enter on your own without using our services we cannot promise we will be able to help if you contact us after you have ran into issues, and even in the event we can help the costs can be much more expensive.

Our existing visa clients can use our prescreening services for lower prices.
