Immigration would not accept that from me. Immigration demanded printouts from the bank. Bangkok bank had the same online capability, but not in the branch. The call center told me it is a limitation on their software. I offered to change the settings in their software but they refused.
Bank statements are what shows the transfers, Bangkok bank required 5 days to print out the document in the past. A letter was required by immigration but, for me, only had the current balance on it, usually a few thousand baht. If the bank will not provide the letter, then hopefully immigration changes its requirements.
