From your situation the elite visa is next but expensive…if you plan to work then with job offers you can get non b and work permits …. Otherwise I’m presuming you are under 50 , then could always set up

Your own company and have Thai staff on the books and get work permits for you both that way . Education visas are ok …. Can be issues if leaving and returning , also depends on how long you plan to live here for .

Just say you are sponsoring her , you wil take care of her , staying with you etc ….show your bank statements ….. then you don’t need to give her anything …. Just show she has land or a house or kids , so a reason to return ….

Then via email saying can’t trace my application using the barcode reference j was given ….What reference did you use ? It’s on my official receipt as the reference but worrying that they can’t trace it

thanks John , my visa runs out same time , soon as I get new passport I’ll go to immigration and see my lady that works there …. She did it last year for me. so I’m sure she’ll either just do the new one or move it over no problem….Chonburi immigration isn’t too bad of you know the right people
