can't use that when it has to show international transfer which is necessary if we talk about extension of stay - at least if we talk about non-o based on marriage or retirement and monthly transfers

at least is actually wrong. This means that 5 days before - 30 days before is ok which it is not. It should have been "at the latest 3 days before" or "within 3 days before".

point taken but I never experienced that and I have been to many. Also got medicine from hospitals. Cheap public hospitals - quite expensive private ones.
