hi I have a question regarding extension of stay. If I have a non-o based on retirement then it is possible to combine monthly transfers and an amount deposited in my Thai bank account - or so I am told. I want to know if the same combining is allowed with a non-o based on marriage extension of stay. thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry revolves around whether it is permissible to combine monthly money transfers with a bank deposit for the extension of stay under a Non-O visa based on marriage, similar to what is allowed for the retirement-based Non-O visa. Responses indicate that policies differ by immigration office, suggesting that applicants should verify directly with their specific office for confirmation.

The answer to this is that it’s office specific. Some may allow others won’t. You’ll need to talk to yours to find out if they will.

This is the requirements for the Phuket office. Other offices almost certainly will have different requirements.
