hi - I am a bit worried now. Yesterday I did my 2nd tm47 online and today I see a mail from immigration saying : your application for staying longer than 90 days has been rejected
and : please contact the nearest immigration office immediately in person.
That doesn't sound good.
Any guesses? I have done nothing not been involved with police or anything.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user expressed concern after their application for staying in Thailand longer than 90 days was rejected, receiving an official email instructing them to visit the immigration office. Community members reassured the user that this is a common issue, possibly due to computer glitches, and advised them to reapply online or visit the office in person. They mentioned that the error frequently occurs and shared personal experiences to alleviate the user's worries.

Yea it seens there's a computer glitch yet again as many posts have mentioned this recently , mine was also rejected this month. We'll all have to use the drive through this month.

Try again online and if it fails then go to imm before due date.

No need to worry at all, not in the least
It's a computer generated rejection and that's just what it says when the email goes out
You don't have to drop everything and run to the immigration office, it just means you have to go apply in person (which you can do from 2 weeks before the due date down until 1 week after the due date)
Remember at a LOT of offices now the online window to apply is from 2 weeks before the due date until 1 week BEFORE the due date <- giving you only a one week window to apply online,
If you have time before your due date you can apply again, worst they can do is reject it π I once applied FOUR times to get a 90 day report thru. It was rejected 3 times, and I kept fiddling with how I typed in the address until finally they let it go thru and I was approve π
good advise. It's a 90 day report it's not big deal like they will refuse Yiu to allow to stay. Just go into the immagration office and donut manually. It's happened to me also just unconvinced but no problem
yes this is Thailand it's hard to get correct advise what with the doomsday theorists and the bar stool experts. But yeh be a bit more chill and try to develope a relationship with your local immagration they know the correct procedure they will actually help if you are genuine and not a scammer
oh yes I have been there before they are very good. They will help you if your unsure just ask. They will know by the way you act and ask questions that you are genuine person. Enjoy
I have used the online reporting for years without any problems, 3 months ago applied, rejected, tried again rejected. Same this time, applied last Friday, due date 26th, rejected. Tried again yesterday, rejected. I think it is a problem with the system. Will try again today if rejected will go in.
the online 90 day report system now cross checks addresses with the TM30 system SO if you don't have a current TM30 filed (or you stayed some place IN thailand that filed one on you while you were there) it will mismatch and reject it
and when you fill out the online 90 day reporting form on the first page you make sure your current extension expiration date is filled in correctly (if you use auto fill and have gotten an extension it puts the last date you used when a report was approved)
Are you filing from 2 weeks before down until 1 week BEFORE the due date?
That seems to be the window that more and more offices are following now so it just gives you a week to file online
Other than that I don't know what it could be, sorry, π
Report date is the 26th so i filed last Friday the 13th. Filed again yesterday, just filed again. No auto fill. Reporting in person is not a problem, just easier online.
