TDAC address not on the form

Hi

Update, resolved. I deleted and re entered all the data and it worked.

—————————

Have tried 3 times to complete the address for my stay in Thailand but it’s greyed out. Completed and secured a number and have tried to update but the same problem.

Have they changed the process or just a failure of the system?

It’s my home so have documents but don’t want hassle on arrival

You can try our form here which is free within the standard 72 hour window, and does not have these types of errors:

********************************

Also make sure you are entering the arrival date you Arrive in Thailand on, and the departure date as the day you EXIT thailand.

if a link is not allowed (?) then Google tdac Thailand - look for a site that begins with https - ends with ". go. th" and contains tdac. immigration - that's the official site

I posted the link to TDAC that I had used October 27. 2025. but the admins removed it. Probably, it is a common knowledge and posted and explained here many times before.

For planned and intended Departure Date Leaving Thailand, just put the same date as your Arrival Date into Thailand, then you do NOT have to fill in Any Thailand Address detail information on the TDAC Website

Have you put the same arrival and departure dates?

@Neil *******

What do you mean last leg? These are your Thailand arrival and planned departure dates (if you choose to add one)
