you can as well use the official tm30 from immigration. They improved it a while ago and it is easy to do. The first time I used it after having applied for a userid and pw I had to supply copies of my wife's Thai id and housebook. The web site tells you that - no problems

it's an retirement visa - not very likely to have an employer 😅😏 The Thai embassy in Denmark for example says it clearly : "being over 50 and retired"
