You can use any gym ur not locked in

Yes, I did that (from Uk) and was accepted. They may ask to see your inward flight confirmation though

Mate you must be down a fair few thousand baht by now especially with a 9 month course plus two application fees!

Are you in a position to wait 6 months before re applying?

My only assumption is you’ve been marked as rejected in their system for some reason
