Johnny47 well to be clear you won’t need the TM30 for your DTV application, but yes on the day you arrive to your friends condo the landlord should file the TM30 for you

For your DTV the invitation letter from your friend should be fine 👍

Just buy another course to be safe, that’s what I do with Muay Thai.

But the reality is I’ve never been asked to prove I’ve continued classes nor have I heard of anyone else being asked

You will have no issues mate. Fines at boarder are for minor overstays which doesn’t apply to you. Next time you need to do a 90-day report they may fine you but it’ll be minimal and won’t cause problems
