Like in mosr countries, immigration can ask for source documents of a visa.

Not having them can be a reason for denying entry because you might be unable to prove you comply to visa regulations.

But you might have to pay the fine next time you visit immigration.

And since this kind of visitors is exactly the kind Thailand does not like anymore because of their attitude, there is a chance they take measures to deny them.

It looks like Thailand is starting to use more technology to discover unwanted situations.

Yes, and when working that much time in Thailand there is not left time to visit immigration means there is no reason to be in Thailand because there is no free time left anyway.

it is not an automated process, first you get automated the confirmation email they received, but much later you will receive rejection or approval email.

The fact that time is different between the 2 emails and result can also be different shows it is not automated.

What you say are official rules, which often are maintained, but there are some reports of first time online accepted.

For me it was hit and miss, rejected first report and accepted first report.

Anonieme deelnemer 752 You are certainly 100 percent wrong, no need to be consecutive.

Where did you get that misinformation?

I always wonder if people make their own wrong rules and then publish them or jus have the wrong source of information

Tax residence has nothing to do with visa, as soon as you reach 180 days total in a calendar year you are tax resident.

I think that is indeed wise to do with an experienced service.

A month ago when I was in Ranong I liked to do a day trip to Myanmar, not because I need a new stamp but just for fun.

The locals advised not to do because it should be unsafe, so we decided not to go.

When somebody talks about resetting a DTV, it is obvious he has not the faintest idea how a visa works.

It should be a good thing that people do some investigation themselves.
