That's where you pay the fine, they most certainly have your immigration records at the airport when you arrive. Whole reason immigration at the airport exists. I never said anything about stamping out and leaving so stop bringing nonsensical information into this. Some "group expert" you are.

Old age getting to your brain bud, I said coming in, nowhere does this reference leaving. It's a DTV, it's implied they'd be coming back into the country otherwise this is a nonsensical post and topic. Who cares. Learn to read my gosh.

Who cares about stamping out? It's coming back in that matters. I agree leaving is not an issue, but if you're here on a DTV you're probably going to come back in and that's the issue we are talking about. Also why I said "denied entry".

Oh it's not their job to enforce immigration? Weird.. I guess immigration is just a separate matter and has nothing to do with the border control. Of course it's their job, they flag you and you will pay a fine. Might get away with it but it's still in the system.

Just going by

Fair enough, I guess it probably varies based on who is looking at it.

BraveOwl3854 Yes, this, lots of misinformation about the online check-in floating around here. I recently tried to do it and can confirm, the officer said you need to be IN-PERSON for the first one every time you re-enter the country. Which makes it pointless unless you extend for another 180 days and don't leave the country.

DTV can't do it online unless you pay for the extension. I was denied they said I have to go in-person after every time I re-enter the country. Which makes online pointless because you don't do the check-in the next 90-days.
