You can fly in, just ask your girlfriend to be prepared to answer the phone 🙂 The immigration will stop you and ask you why you are flying in and out. Tell them your gf is thai. They will ask you to call her... will work for a while. after a few more times. they will ask you : get marry.... (that is why i got married.... ) ((take more pics of u 2 together, might help if you get pull over.))

go lao, there is a train from bkk to lao...

Indonesian can do unlimited, he can take the train or bus to lao. He might get 60 days from tomorrow, and he can go immigration to extent for another 30 days. (avoid cam-bo-dia)

go to the thai embassy in your country and apply for a 90 days retirement visa, than when you get to thai, go immigration to get a letter from them to open a bank account to deposit 800k and go back to immigration to apply for a 1 year visa. can diy...
