TLDR : Answer Summary
When renting a long-term condo in Bangkok, it's important to be cautious about potential overpricing and ensure that the rental agreement is in English for clarity. Be wary that some landlords might not return your deposit. Additionally, it's recommended to take pictures of the condo's condition before moving in to avoid disputes later on.

not always, input your max budget then you get the list of condos you can pay for . If you are ok living outside of popular Bangkok spots, you can find good value apartments on Airbnb.

Over price maybe. And you should get agreement in English just a precaution.
