She has a non-o trailing spouse visa attached to my extension of stay. She does not need to transfer anything, and instead will carry both passports when she needs her passport?

Ahh, I misspoke. She's legal until the end of August with the possibility of extending early until the end of September, which has not been an issue at out local office.
