You're right. "Extension of stay permitted until" 3 months before mine expires. Throughout the process my school and immigration exclusively used the term Non-O.

So, is there a form we can fill out giving me the power to act in her place?

She has a non-o trailing spouse visa attached to my extension of stay. She does not need to transfer anything, and instead will carry both passports when she needs her passport?

What about the entry stamp?

Ok, thank you guys. I'm asking because my immigration office is a little notorious for inventing extra fees and fines. Was kinda hoping I could sort it at a friendlier office but what you've said makes sense, that's what I wasn't sure about.

Ahh, I misspoke. She's legal until the end of August with the possibility of extending early until the end of September, which has not been an issue at out local office.

Thanks for the details, it looks like we need to head to immigration to get the full lowdown about what exactly we need to acquire.

The Peruvian embassy won't legalize a marriage certificate that is older than 3 months 😪 that's the major hiccup.

English is also accepted afaik, so I wasn't sure if the translation needed to be by a recognized translator here in Thailand.

Yes that's right. At the end of this month I will switch to a one year extension based on employment, so we would likely apply after that process.

Under the current covid program she is legal until the end of Sep.
