Can you change from a Non-B visa to a Tourist visa or a Dependant Spouse visa in Thailand?

If I'm a betting man, your friend DOES NOT have a Non-B visa, but instead a one year extension of stay based on employment, which is getting cancelled when the contract ends.

> if you can change from a non b to a tourist visa in the country

No. If your friend needs an additional 60 days, AND the last day of employment is before January 30, your friend can get a 60 day extension of stay due to unable to travel because of COVID-19.

>Or from a non b to a dependant spouse visa?

Your friend can get a one year extension of stay based on being a dependent on a foreigner who is employed. Each immigration office has their own requirements. However, the husband and wife must be legally married, and they must have documents proving their marriage.

No you cannot change from a Non B to Tourist Visa inside Thailand.

Yes...with employers assistance ...you may be able to change the reason for your extension of stay to that as a dependent linked to the work permit holder.
